Eva Schrötter

The Heart and Soul of the House.

Eva is the epitome of a hostess with a heart. With an exceptional sense of aesthetics, she designs the Alagundis with unmistakable attention to detail. No bouquet, no pillow, no color choice is left to chance – everything comes together to create a harmonious atmosphere. But it’s not just in the décor that her personal touch is felt: With her warm personality, charm, and organizational talent, she ensures that every guest feels welcome from the very first moment.

Bernhard Schrötter

The ”Doer“ with Technical Expertise.

Where others might be at a loss, Bernhard sees a challenge. Numbers, financial planning, and budgeting? All in his domain. But as a passionate craftsman, he also tackles things that others would leave to the professionals. Whether it’s repairs, new ideas, or technical challenges, he handles everything himself, fine-tuning every detail. His pragmatic approach, combined with his unmistakable sense of humor and sharp focus on what matters, keeps things always moving at the Alagundis.

Sofia Schrötter

The Charming Manager.

Sofia brings a breath of fresh air to the Alagundis. With years of experience in PR, branding, and marketing from Vienna, she knows how to convey a way of life – and she does so with passion here. Although Sofia currently spends most of her time in Vienna, she remains closely connected to Alagundis. She’s not only strategically skilled; she’s also a natural organizer. She quickly grasps connections and thinks in solutions. Her empathetic nature and charm make her a valued point of contact. At the Alagundis, she blends strategy with heart and holds many threads together behind the scenes – always with the goal of making the special even more visible.

Hannes Schrötter

The Musician with a Down-to-Earth Nature.

Hannes is the calm center of the family. With his deep connection to music and his roots, he is a well-known figure in South Tyrol as a conductor, trombonist, and music teacher. After studying music in Salzburg, he returned to Algund. At the Alagundis, he is always there when a helping hand is needed, whether in daily operations or when some hands-on work is required. His calm, thoughtful demeanor and subtle sense of humor make him a steady pillar in daily life – and a source of balance in the house.

Alexandra Schrötter

Versatile and Energetic.

As a psychology student in Graz, Alexandra has a keen sense of interpersonal relationships. She knows what moves people and brings this sensitivity to the Alagundis. Alexandra is known for her versatility. Whether it’s handling bookings, welcoming guests, or helping out in the garden – she does it all with ease and enthusiasm. When she’s around, everything just seems to run a little smoother.
