TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash payments up to €4,999.00
- Bank transfer
- Debit card
- Major credit cards, including those with integrated travel cancellation insurance, provided that the applicable transaction fees are not excessive.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Noise and disturbances
We are committed to providing our guests with a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Please note, however, that as has occurred in the past, noise or other disturbances may arise due to roadworks, construction activities in the immediate vicinity, or other circumstances beyond our control.
As these situations are outside our control, we do not provide individual notifications and cannot accept liability for any inconvenience they may cause. Consequently, complaints, refund requests or compensation claims relating to such circumstances cannot be accepted.
For further information, guests may contact the Algund Tourist Office. Any complaints may be addressed to the Municipality of Algund, which issues building permits and may authorise noisy construction work, including during the tourist season. We have no influence over these decisions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Tourist Tax and VAT
All our prices include the applicable 10% VAT (as of 2026).
The tourist tax is charged from the age of 14 onwards. Should the applicable rates or legal regulations change, the corresponding adjustment will take effect immediately.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Property, recreational facilities and swimming pool
The use of the swimming pool, the Mediterranean garden and all related facilities is at the guests' own risk.
Children may only use these facilities when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Damage
Before leaving the property, guests must ensure that all sun umbrellas and all exterior apartment doors are closed, as severe weather conditions may arise unexpectedly and cause considerable damage.
Any damage caused to furniture, furnishings, equipment or accessories will be charged to the responsible guest.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
Smoking is permitted on the balconies and in all outdoor areas.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Theft
We accept no liability for theft.
Guests are kindly asked to take appropriate care of their personal belongings. Valuables and cash should always be stored in the in-room safe.
Bicycles should always be secured with an additional lock, despite the presence of the property's alarm system.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Dogs
Dogs are welcome in limited numbers.
They must be clean, quiet and well behaved.
Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool or on the sunbathing lawn.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Air conditioning
The air conditioning system, whether used for cooling or heating, may only be operated with all doors and windows closed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Acceptance and Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the city of Merano, Italy.
Any matters not expressly covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Italian law.
By completing a booking, these Terms & Conditions are deemed accepted by both the landlord and the tenant.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, we kindly ask you not to proceed with the booking.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
