On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10 AM. If your arrival is after 7 PM, please inform us in advance.
Our underground garage provides ample space for your bicycles. If you wish to rent bicycles during your stay, you can benefit from discounted offers from our partner, "Bike and Hike", located in the village center of Algund.
Every morning (except Sundays), our local bakery delivers fresh bread, which we will bring directly to your apartment upon request – enjoy the variety of the rich assortment from the traditional Bakery Tauber.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation is free up to 6 weeks before arrival.
- A prepayment made will be credited for a future stay within the next two years.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the full price of the booking will be charged.
- For cancellations up to six weeks before arrival, we charge 90% of the apartment price for the booked period.
Families with children are warmly welcomed in our house. Especially in the pool and garden area, we emphasize relaxation and tranquility, and we ask for mutual consideration so that all guests can enjoy their time.
A children's bed and high chair are available upon request.
For children, the prices are stated under the "Prices for Additional Guests" section.
Every three to four days, fresh hand and kitchen towels, along with a light cleaning of the floor, will be provided. For stays longer than one week, an interim cleaning (excluding kitchen) with a change of bed linen is included.
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra charge.
Dogs are welcome upon request. We charge €15.00 to 20.00 per day. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the outdoor pool and on the sunbathing lawn.
Various drinks are available around the clock in the basement (for a fee).
Our property features two spacious underground garages, offering ample space for your cars and bicycles.
Our entire property offers free Wi-Fi access.
Upon request, you can use our washing machine. A charge of €6.00 per wash will apply.
You can pay for your stay in cash, via bank transfer, EC card, or credit card (except American Express and Diners).
A tote bag with towels for the pool is provided in your apartment for your convenience.
Prices for children, teenagers, and other additional guests are as follows:
- Up to 6 years: €22.00
- 7 to 14 years: €34.00
- From 15 years: €40.00
Please note that all our apartments are non-smoking.
The Südtirol GuestPass Algund is included in the accommodation price and offers you numerous benefits: You can use all public transport in South Tyrol for free, enjoy free rides on selected cable cars, and gain access to special events and workshops in Algund. Detailed information about the included services will be provided upon your arrival or can be found on the Algund Tourism Association website.
The local tax is €2.60 per person (from 14 years old) per night. It is not included in the apartment price and will be charged separately.
To avoid unpleasant cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
