Our Residence is characterized by clear lines and modern design. Warm and pleasant colors, in combination with larch wood, guarantee a cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor there are the front desk and a panoramic terrace as well as a small library with books and current magazines and a flat-screen TV. Moreover, we established a tea corner in the common room so that our guests can enjoy a cup of high quality tea. These services are provided for free to our guests, as well as access to Wi-Fi in the whole structure. There is also available a wide range of drinks (self-service): wines from the region, locally brewed beer, juices and water.

The daily provided fresh bread-service (except on Sundays) enriches the offered comfort. Families with children are welcome in our Residence – we are happy to place a high sleeper and a high chair at your disposal. Dogs are accepted on request, we charge € 10,00 per day.
In just 2 min. by feet you can reach the bus stop of the Citybus to Meran and back. In the village center of Algund, which is located about 7 min. by feet from our house, there are several shopping facilities, cafe's and restaurants.
